James S.C Goh
PRESIDENT DIRECTOR
James SC Goh was born in April 1952 and belongs to Singapore's pioneer generation. He has achieved great success through his innovative ideas, risk- taking abilities, and investment decisions. Mr. Goh is highly respected within the community and is well-connected within the Singapore High Net Worth Individual (HNI) community. He collaborates with both large and small organizations to provide advice on business strategies, investments, and general guidance.
Mr. James is committed to working towards the betterment of society in general. With a focus on "social enterprise," he strives to dedicate his life and work towards creating meaningful ventures.
In 1978, Mr. Goh started his first business venture in Sarawak, Malaysia, exploring the rapidly growing market of aluminum assembly in the region. He collaborated with local founders to start Sarawak Aluminium, which eventually grew to become one of the largest aluminum extruders in Malaysia with an impressive 4,000-tonne capacity per annum. The company also had an in-house shop that provided quick turnaround services.

Mr. Goh also entered the wood cutting industry due to the high demand for Sarawak forests. In response to the growing popularity of plywood in the early 70s and 80s, he collaborated with Sarawak Plywood to meet the rising demand for finished wood products. The business encompassed log collection, wood cutting, and the eventual transformation of materials into finished products.
Furthermore, he diversified into the commodities sector by establishing Wangi Steel & Wangi Concrete Mix. Between 1980-1985, the combined annual turnover for all these businesses ranged from 6-8 million USD, equivalent to approximately 25-28 million USD in present times.

Meet The Founder
Between 1985 and 2000, Mr. James Goh expanded his business ventures to Palau islands, investing in a hotel property called Hotel RIV. The hotel was eventually sold in 1998-99 for 2.3 million USD, which is equivalent to 8 million USD in today's times. Recognizing the importance of tourism in Palau's economy due to its strategic location on the map and geopolitical alliance with the USA, Mr. Goh started a joint venture tour company called PTTA Palau Tours and Travels. Additionally, charter flight networks were established between Taiwan and Palau, which were later named Palau National Airlines. The annual turnover of these Palau entities ranged between 4.5 to 6 million USD, which is equivalent to 15 to 21 million USD in today's times.
From 2000 to 2017, Mr. Goh maintained his business and personal relationships with Palau by investing in properties in Palau and Micronesia.
He established the Micronesia Investment Corporation, which focused on infrastructure development in Palau and the Federal States of Micronesia. The corporation's primary objective was to work with the local government to identify and develop projects that enhance Palau's attractiveness and bring in more tourists.

James SC Goh holds several advisory and ambassadorial roles. He has been the Advisor to the President's Office Palau for Trade & Economy since 1990, providing strategic guidance to the government of Palau on trade and economic decisions.
He is also the Honorary APAC Representative for the Federal States of Micronesia since 2016/17, actively seeking business opportunities to boost the country's economic development.
Additionally, Mr. Goh serves as the Ambassador Appointed for Asia Pacific for the United Charish Organisation (UCO) in London, UK. In this role, he works with Asian governments to develop eco cities in the Asia Pacific region.
He is a Strategic Advisor at GEMS CAPITAL and also serves on the International Advisory Board of the ISI IAF Strategy Institute.

Currently, Y.C. Chen holds several executive positions, including Business & Development Director for the Asian Region at the World Peace Committee and National President for Indonesia at the Global Socio Economic & Financial Evolution Network. He is also the CEO and Founder of PT Indonesia Delta Jaya, PT Asia Central Emporium, and PT Segroove Niaga Indonesia, which are all highly successful companies.

In the past, Y.C. Chen has held various executive positions, including Chairman & Founder of PT Dua Mitra Sejati and Chairman of PT Master Segara Prima. He is also the Chairman & Founder of the YUMD Foundation and Galileo Business School, which are both highly respected organizations in their respective fields. Furthermore, he has served as Chairman of the Indonesian Chinese National Organization and as Secretary General of the Indonesia Chen Association.
Y.C. Chen has an impressive education history, having completed a diploma in business management, a bachelor's degree in management, and a master's degree in business management. He has also completed a graduation program at the Indonesia National Resilience Institute and received an honorary Doctorate from Instituto Teologico De Missiao in 2019, which highlights his expertise and commitment to his field.

BBN Airlines received its Air Operator Certificate from the Turkish DGCA in March 2023, marking the launch of passenger operations with a fleet of four A321 and later an A320 for high-density passenger seating. The addition of an A321 P2F marked the commencement of cargo operations. Operating mainly from Antalya, Türkiye, BBN Airlines specializes in providing top-notch ACMI and charter services, guided by a philosophy centered on meeting client demands with trust, care, and positivity.
In the early phase of passenger operations, BBN Airlines introduced charter passenger services and ACMI operations, utilizing a fleet of secured high-density Airbus A321 aircraft and later incorporating an A320. The airline achieved planned deliveries in Q1 2023 and is set to expand its passenger fleet with additional high-density Airbus A321 aircraft by September 2023 to meet growing demand.
Looking forward, BBN Airlines plans to further expand its passenger fleet in Q2 2024 by adding two more Airbus A321 aircraft, enhancing capacity to cater to an increasing number of clients and serve additional destinations from Antalya International Airport (AYT), Türkiye. Simultaneously, the airline's cargo operations, based in Istanbul, leverage strategic accessibility to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Drukair — Royal Bhutan Airlines, the flag carrier of the Kingdom of Bhutan, stands as a testament to the kingdom's gradual opening to the world. Established in 1981, a decade after the initiation of Bhutan's transition from isolation under Druk Gyalpo Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, the airline embarked on operations in 1983, connecting Kolkata to Paro using Dornier 228 aircraft.
